Comic Book movies are pretty much taking over the world, and at the top of the mountain it would seem Black Panther is about to reign supreme. With an unbelievable cast, led by Chadwick Boseman, and a top notch director in Ryan Coogler, this is a becoming a project for the ages. Well  prepare to amp up some more excitement, because Angela Bassett has officially joined an already stacked cast of intensely talented performers. Bassett has officially been cast as Ramonda, T’Challa’s mother. This is shaping up to be arguably one of the best cast movies of all time. Seriously, this cast is ridiculous.

We already mentioned Chadwick, but there is also Michael B. Jordan as the villainous Killmonger, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaw, Lupita Nyongo as Nakia, Winston Duke as M’Baka, Forest Whitaker as Zuri, and Florence Kasumba as a member of T’Challa’s guard. Wow! It’s not even fair how insanely talented that line up is.

Not much is known of the plot, but Black Panther is set to begin production soon, with a February 16th, 2018 release date.

Here is all we have of the story so far:

The story is that the Black Panther’s leadership is really threatened by two foes who come together, and so Black Panther gets the help of the C.I.A. and the Dora Milaje to try and defeat the enemy.
