X-Men Apocalypse is one of the most anticipated films of 2016, and recently the marketing team has been stepping their game up. We started with a new trailer, and now we are finally getting some new smaller marketing materials in the form of awesome new character posters. War, Famine, Death and Pestilence are the four horsemen of the apocalypse that plagued ancient Egypt. Fox, Marvel, and the X-Men are looking to change that perception with their own four horsemen, memorialized in some incredible new character posters that feature Magneto, Storm, Psylocke, and Angel in epic fashion.

Oscar Isaac is Apocalypse, and while he is not featured in his own character poster, this new artwork for his four horsemen is pretty fantastic.

Directed by Bryan Singer, X-Men: Apocalypse also returns James McAvoy’s Professor Charles Xavier, Jennifer Lawrence’s Mystique, Nicholas Hoult’s Beast, Rose Byrne’s Moira MacTaggert, Evan Peters’ Quicksilver, and Josh Helman’s William Stryker. In addition, a team of younger mutants will rise, including Tye Sheridan’s Cyclops, Sophie Turner’s Jean Grey, Kodi Smit-McPhee’s Nightcrawler, and Lana Condor’s Jubilee. X-Men Apocalypse is set to release May 27th.

So what do you guys think of the new character posters? Are you excited for X-Men Apocalypse? Drop a comment and let us know what you think.
